I really like the shoes, it's just that I ordered them while I was away and when I picked them up they're a bit tight and the time given for exchange was expired

Poor customer service. Texted to inquire about rider’s fee, got no response. Rider arrived and the charge was way higher than I expected. Shoe did not fit, I went to change shoe size at your physical store and was treated with attitude and passive aggression.
I don’t think I will shop at Thao tree again.
    Thank you
